When a site's address is changed (eg: going from perpetuastaging.com to their live domain) the Image Manager might load the homepage instead of the library. The fix is easy but will require access to Webmin (https://a15.artistrymarketing.com:10000/). Once logged in (there's not a universal login; use yours if you have one), go to Networking > Network Configuration and click on Host Addresses. Find the old domain (typically their staging site) and click it to edit. Update the "Hostnames" field to include the domain and www (eg: domain.com, www.domain.com) separated by a newline. After clicking Save the Image Manager will now load.
